The sheer professionalism of the staff coupled with the genuine friendliness of all staff we came into contact with.They were extremely helpful. Having travelled extensively around the Globe this is the first hotel that I have found to be excellent.
The only possible downside was the lack of a mini bar, but thats not a hardship really with so good a room service.

The hotel was more than beautiful. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Killarney and will absolutely recommend it to our friends. The room had a fireplace, a beautiful large bathroom, and was very spacious. The gourmet breakfast was delicious. We had dinner at Chapter 40 (great food and service) which was within walking distance.

All the staff members are extremely helpful and caring. There is a huge variety of good food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to resteraunt as well as the main restaurant and the bar. And it's by Deenagh River...

We had a such wonderful stay in this great budget hotel. We had stylish and exquisite room and there was an extremely comfy bed. It offered first-class service and great food too. The location was ideal, relatively near a restored gothic revival church.
